Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions – Win a MacBook Neo

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Dexterous AI Pty Limited (ACN 680 070 455) trading as dexIQ, located at Suite 2112, Level 32, 101 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 18 March 2026 at 8am AEDST and closes on 19 March 2026 at 5pm AEDST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who submit their details to and attend a product demonstration of the Promoter’s new product via the official promotion QR code during the Promotion Period.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must during the Promotion Period:

• Scan the QR code displayed at the Promoter’s expo stand; and
• Submit their contact details through the online form indicating interest in attending a product demonstration.
• Book in and attend a product demonstration.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be deemed invalid.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

5. Prize

The prize is one (1) Apple MacBook Neo (or closest equivalent model available at the time of purchase), valued at approximately AUD $899.

The prize:

• Is not transferable or exchangeable;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash;
• May be substituted by the Promoter with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be determined via a random draw conducted by the Promoter within three (3) months following the end of the Promotion Period at the business office.

The draw will occur on or before 30 June 2026.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided at entry within five (5) business days of the draw.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner via post or courier to an Australian address provided by the winner. The Promoter will cover reasonable shipping costs within Australia.

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner does not respond to notification or claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine a new winner.

10. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting entrants regarding the product demonstration and related services.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries;
• Technical disruptions affecting the entry process;
• Any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
